Dear Cary and Gina,

I have had the file folder for the Fall Foliage Tour September 28 through October 8, 2013, on my desk since we got back to remind me to write an effusive review of our experiences during the tour.

Our experiences, no matter how great the itinerary, would not have been near as wonderful had it not been for the terrific leadership, organizational skills, and personality of our tour leader, Brittany Fiscus OR our capable, patient, and experienced driver, Ken Frasier.

Brittany was able to defuse problems, entertain during dull times, educate, and of course managed and set the itinerary. That one sentence incorporates a mouthful and all the minute details of logistics and pleasing a busload of people. With her pleasing personality, she kept the schedule rolling.

Ken was an ever-pleasant, professional and capable driver. One never felt concerned about his driving. How in the world could he handle that monster of a bus like it was the size of a Volkswagen?! Equally as important to the success and pleasant atmosphere of the trip, Ken never acted rushed when loading luggage or passengers, never acted impatient, never accused someone of being late, and went out of his way to accommodate each person's needs.

The itinerary itself was beyond description, detail, and belief! I will not go over each day, because you have the itinerary, however... We would never have been able to pack in all those places and tours, if we had planned the trip for ourselves. They were all wonderful! Further, we liked the idea that each breakfast was included with our lodging. The dining places that were arranged for us were fun and well worth visiting.

Our busload of 49 passengers seemed to all be a very likeable bunch. We enjoyed their company and getting to know them. (Much of the credit of keeping personalities even was due to our driver and leader.)

Since we are used to driving ourselves and knowing exactly where we are and how long it will take to get to the next stop, we suggest more frequent updates. Maybe "We're passing over the state line of ____ and it will be another ___ miles to ______."

We have told our friends about Little Rock Tours and tried to tout all the services and trips that you offer. We are so pleased. Can't wait to go again!"

“I want to express how much the staff from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission enjoyed the trip to visit and tour the Jim Hinkle Spring River Fish Hatchery July 30, 2009. The bus was waiting Thursday morning when I pulled into our parking lot at 7 a.m. Alvin appeared; he was bright eyed, welcoming and very polite. The bus was clean and ready for us to board. I was tad nervous about the weather conditions at first but it wasn’t long before I knew that we were in good hands. Today I have received numerous emails commenting on our wonderful trip.
