Reservations and Deposits
Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is imperative that reservations be made at the earliest possible date to ensure the availability of a certain tour. RESERVATIONS ARE TENTATIVE UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. Please provide a phone number, preferably a cell phone number, in addition to your home phone number if you have one.
- Overnight tours require a $200 deposit per person.
- One-day trips require full payment to reserve a seat.

Credit Cards
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. In the event, you must cancel within the cancellation deadline, or a trip is canceled by Little Rock Tours; any amount charged will be credited back to the original credit card that was charged if it is within 120 days of booking. If you would prefer your refund to be a check, then you must pay by check, cash, or money order.
Check Payments
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or process the payment as a check transaction.
Weather-Related Instances
All tours will operate as scheduled unless it is canceled by our office. We will call to advise if a tour is not going. Weather situations, which are beyond our control, that develop while a tour is already underway, will be dealt with to ensure your safety and to include as much of the original tour as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure are subject to payment and/or forfeiture of all money paid. No show = No refund. A different cancellation policy is required for football and cruise tours and is stated in the itinerary. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available from our office. Cancellation/Interruption Passenger Protection Plan is available for a small fee for all tours by calling 1-800-228-9792 with ID # 04-0012 after booking a reservation online. Name changes can be made to all tours if you change traveling companions at no additional cost. Little Rock Tours must be notified within 48 hours of departure of name changes to reservations.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
Special trip cancellation/interruption insurance is available. If purchased within 14 days of your initial tour deposit, most pre-existing condition exclusions are waived. Cancellation/Interruption Passenger Protection Plan is available for a small fee for all tours by calling 1-800-228-9792 with ID # 04-0012 after booking a reservation online.
Refund and Tour Payment Policy
You will receive an email confirmation that the reservation is secure at the time of payment. Little Rock Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour or venue if the minimum number of passengers is not met. If Little Rock Tours cancels the tour, a full refund will be issued.
Passenger cancellations made 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund of all deposits and monies paid. Cancellations between 59 and 30 days of departure will receive a full refund, less deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less from the departure date will receive NO REFUND. For your convenience trip cancellation insurance is available to avoid forfeiture of money or deposits paid.
In the event Little Rock Tours can resell your tour package to another party on a waiting list, we will offer a refund, minus 3.5% processing fees incurred for issuing the refund. No refunds will be given on any unused portion of any tour, football game, or tickets for shows included in packages. All football game tours and motorcoach tours are fully transferable without penalty. Cruise packages are not transferable.

If the booking is made within 3 months of the departure date, payment in full is required to book, and it is non-refundable. Cruise packages are non-transferable and are only refundable if canceled more than 90 days before the departure date. Responsibility
These tours are arranged and operated by Little Rock Tours (LRT), which acts only as an agent for other parties, hotels, firms, or corporations providing services herein. The suppliers providing travel services for Little Rock Tours tour programs are independent contractors and not agents or employees of LRT. LRT is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or of any air carriers and/or cruise lines or their respective employees, agents, servants, or representatives. This includes, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by suppliers.
The tour participant agrees that neither LRT nor their agents shall be liable for any injury, damage or loss to baggage or any passenger's belongings for any reason; any damage loss or injury caused by weather or climatic conditions, fire, government actions, or terrorist activities, earthquake, social or labor unrest, accident, delay, bankruptcy, or acts of God, or from the misconduct of such other parties. LRT reserves the right to withdraw or make changes and alterations to the itinerary as may be found necessary for proper handling of the tour. Payment of the required deposits and/or any partial or full payment for reservations on tour shall be deemed and constitute full knowledge, acceptance, and consent by the participant to all clause provisions within 14 days at the time of your initial tour deposit, most pre-existing condition exclusions are waived. No-Shows
It is the individual's responsibility to arrive at the departure location on time. Little Rock Tours cannot be held responsible if you do not arrive on time (no matter the reason) and miss the coach. We are on a schedule and must depart on time. If you are unsure of where a departure point is located, make a dry run so you will be sure you know where to go on the day of the trip. There will be NO REFUNDS for no-shows on a trip, so be sure you allow enough time to get to the departure point and know how to get to that departure location.
