Florida is more than beaches and sunshine. Some of its greatest wonders are the National Parks-- the Everglades, Biscayne Bay National Park, and Dry Tortugas National Park. Join us for some electrifying experiences as we visit each one! Enjoy a high-speed catamaran glass-bottom boat ride at the first undersea park in the US, marveling at the mesmerizing underwater world beneath your feet. Glide through Biscayne National Park by boat, immersing yourself in the world's third-largest coral reef system - a sight that will leave you breathless. Feel the exhilaration of the grasslands in the Everglades as you zip through on a thrilling airboat ride. But our adventures don't stop there. We'll go from the deep seas to outer space as we visit the Kennedy Space Center, for an out-of-this-world experience. Join us on this 10-night adventure into the heart of the sunshine state, where every moment is filled with excitement and wonder.

We'll depart Little Rock, overnighting en route to our first highlight destination, a 2-night stay in Tampa. Our time there includes a day in Tarpon Springs, renowned as the Sponge Capital of the World. Immerse yourself in the rich Greek heritage and storied sponge-diving traditions of this picturesque waterfront community. Then brace yourself for an unforgettable evening aboard a dinner cruise, where we will be treated to breathtaking views of Florida's serene waters. Get ready to dance the night away, savor tropical drinks, and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Next up on our agenda is a thrilling stop at the Everglades National Park, where we'll embark on an exhilarating airboat tour through 259 acres of pristine grasslands. This will be a private adventure far removed from the hustle and bustle of other tourists, guided by a knowledgeable captain who will regale us with tales of the park's wildlife, flora, and fascinating history. There’s a good chance you’ll see alligators. You'll also enjoy the professional alligator handlers who put on a show. And you might even be able to hold and hug an alligator!

Then we make our way into the enchanting realm of the Florida Keys. Our first stop is Key Largo, home to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park—the first undersea park in the US. Prepare to be awestruck by the park's mangrove swamps and tropical hammocks. However, it is the mesmerizing coral reefs and vibrant marine life that truly steal the spotlight. Brace yourself for a mesmerizing view of the reef on a glass-bottom boat tour, as we glide through the crystal-clear waters aboard a high-speed catamaran en route to the magical underwater paradise of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.

Our odyssey continues along the legendary Overseas Highway, aptly named the Highway that Goes to Sea. This modern marvel spans 113 miles from Key Largo to Key West, boasting 42 majestic bridges that arch over the Atlantic Ocean, Florida Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. The majestic coral and limestone islets that make up the Keys chain may appear diminutive in comparison to the vast expanse of sea and sky, but they are thriving communities in their own right. Our day will culminate in Key West, where we will be checking into our waterfront resort for a two-night stay!

While in Key West you will have the option to unwind at the resort or partake in an additional optional excursion to the enchanting Dry Tortugas National Park. Dry Tortugas is a hidden treasure, a secluded paradise just waiting to be discovered. Envision yourself gazing upon the crystal-clear waters, surrounded by vibrant coral reefs and an array of colorful fish. With the imposing Fort Jefferson as a backdrop, the largest brick building in the western hemisphere, you will feel as though you have been transported back in time. As you explore the park's seven small islands, you will uncover a rich history and a sense of peace that can only be found in such a remote locale. The visitor center and Fort Jefferson provide a glimpse into the past, highlighting the park's significance as one of the nation's largest 19th-century forts.

After basking in the sun in Key West, we will journey back through the Florida Keys to Biscayne Bay National Park, a vast sanctuary where four distinct ecosystems converge. From vibrant fish to majestic manatees, this park is teeming with wildlife that will leave you spellbound. During our expedition in Biscayne National Park, we will glide through the pristine waters in search of dolphins and turtles. Keep your eyes peeled for the iconic Stiltsville houses and lighthouses that punctuate the horizon, while our captain imparts knowledge on the vital role of mangroves and grasses in the local ecosystems.

Following an overnight stay near Biscayne, we will continue our journey north along the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean side to our final highlight - a two-night stay at Coco Beach. Here we'll visit the Kennedy Space Center! Prepare to be whisked away on a cosmic adventure, where the boundaries of human achievement are pushed to their limits and the wonders of space travel are laid bare before your eyes. There is a universe of excitement waiting for you to explore, so much so that a single day may not be enough to take it all in!

Behold the awe-inspiring Space Shuttle Atlantis orbiter, a vessel that has soared through the stars 33 times and traversed an astounding 126 million miles. Immerse yourself in over 60 captivating exhibits and simulators that offer a glimpse into the daily life of an astronaut. And do not overlook the heart-pounding Shuttle Launch Experience® - even those with a sensitivity to motion can partake in the pre-show mission briefing. After another restful night in Coco Beach, we will start our journey back home, enjoying more highlights along the way including a visit to the historic St Augustine. This old town has a quaint feel and boasts a big appeal. Stroll along the brick-lined streets and delight in the city's European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, and hidden courtyards. We'll continue on-- with one final overnight stay on our homeward path.

Brace yourself for an unforgettable sea to space odyssey brimming with excitement, underwater marvels, and a trove of tales for years to come! Discover the magic that awaits in the sunshine state.
