See gorgeous Lake Louise, hop on a giant ice explorer and glide over the Colombian Icefields, enjoy a lake cruise through Jasper National Park in Canada, experience stunning vistas in the North Cascades National Park, take a River Safari catamaran through the Canadian wilderness, and ride the famous convertible “red bus” through Glacier National Park! Plus spend two nights in magical Leavenworth, Washington—a tiny Bavarian-themed town nestled in the Cascade Mountains.

As we make our way to Montana, we will overnight in multiple cities with bonus stops in Wyoming and Montana, including Fort Laramie Historic Site. More stops will make it an adventure as we arrive in Montana near Glacier National Park. We’ll spend two nights amongst mountain ranges carved by prehistoric ice rivers…featuring alpine meadows, deep forests, waterfalls, glistening glaciers and sparkling lakes. The vistas seen from Going-To-The-Sun Road are breathtaking, a photographer's paradise. Our hotel will be in charming Kalispell, Montana, a vibrant storybook-like town and jaw-dropping views. We'll slowly make our way into nearby Canada, stopping at the many scenic overlooks along the way before arriving at our hotel near Banff, where you'll be the next two nights to take in the grandeur of the Canadian Rockies and Lake Louise. You have seen photos of Lake Louise but they haven’t prepared you for how it feels to experience it yourself. Rounding the corner, the sight of the emerald green water and rugged peaks and glaciers hits you viscerally. You’ve never seen anything so dramatically beautiful. Our guided tour allows you to wander around the lakeside path to enjoy it up close and personal. After our stay in Banff, we'll make our way to Jasper, Canada, for two nights traveling along the Icefields Parkway - a scenic drive that winds its way between Jasper and Lake Louise passing through the Columbia Icefield and providing stunning views of the Athabasca Glacier. We'll stop and see the icefields in a most unusual way---traveling on a massive ice explorer!/ Imagine a journey out onto the rugged icefields of an ancient glacier; the chance to experience the magnificence of such a powerful force of nature. The Icefields Parkway and the Athabasca Glacier are one of the Canadian Rockies’ most beautiful and fascinating sights. We will also stop at the Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre, to check out the stunning views. Then it’s onto Jasper National Park where we will cruise the glacial water of Maligne Lake. Declared the “Best Boat Cruise in Canada” by 8 million Reader’s Digest subscribers, the Maligne Lake Cruise is an experience like no other. Join us on a panoramic tour across the crystal waters of magical Maligne Lake, fed by the glaciers of Jasper National Park. Glide past the jagged mountain peaks as we cruise to Spirit Island, a world-famous destination only accessible by boat. After two nights of adventure, we’ll leave Jasper for one last full day in Canada that will also include sights and scenery along the way.The highlight of your final night in Canada will include a River Safari aboard a 40 ft catamaran, navigating you through Grizzly Bear Valley—where the wildlife decides when and for how long we stop along the way. As you travel up the tranquil waters surrounded by snowcapped mountains your Safari guide will go where it seems no boat has gone before. Lunch is included at River Safari --known for their unique dining opportunity at the Forest Table Restaurant, situated on a large floating dock with giant wooden tables overlooking the beautiful river.

Our next two nights after Canada will take us to Leavenworth, Washington...but not before a full day driving through the North Cascades National Park,a vast wilderness of conifer-clad mountains, glaciers, and lakes. North Cascades National Park’s rugged beauty is characterized by jagged peaks, cascading waterfalls, and over 300 glaciers — more than any other U.S. park outside of Alaska. Often known as "the American Alps”, North Cascades National Park is full of glacial mountain peaks, forested valleys, and emerald green lakes. It’s truly beautiful and very different from the other National Parks. We'll explore the scenic vistas, as we make the drive into Leavenworth, Washington for our 2-night stay. Leavenworth is a Bavarian-styled village in the Cascade Mountains. Alpine-style buildings with restaurants serving German beer and food. The Nutcracker Museum displays thousands of nutcrackers, some dating back centuries. On the Wenatchee River, Waterfront Park is a habitat for ospreys and eagles. You’ll get plenty of time to explore on your own –in a town packed with charm, great food, and culture. This Bavarian village delivers a memorable mountain escape, putting the cherry on top of ourpicturesque Cascade Mountain adventure! After Leavenworth, we start making our way south--before our next two-night stay in Utah, outside Dinosaur National Monument. This is the land where dinosaurs once roamed, and their fantastic remains are still visibly embedded in the rocks. Today, the mountains, desert, and untamed rivers flowing in deep canyons support an array of life. Our stop at the Quarry Visitor center will allow you to learn more about this national treasure from the late Jurassic period, before you hop on an open-air tram tide to view the wall of approximately 1,500 dinosaur bones! Gaze upon the remains of numerous different species of dinosaurs and touch real 150-million-year-old dinosaur fossils! We'll leave Utah for Colorado for our next-to-last overnight stay. Our time in Colorado includes a fun stop in Steamboat Springs—an authentic old western city, with a historic downtown....and a stop at/Old Town in Burlington, a historic site with restored buildings, authentic artifacts, and live gunfights in the saloon! Our final night in Kansas includes a farewell dinner before making our way back to Little Rock the last day.
