South Louisiana is home to one of the greatest parties on earth, a colorful celebration known as Mardi Gras! Take a luxury motorcoach to Lafayette, where you will be greeted with parades and festivities. You will be able to celebrate their family-friendly Mardi Gras in many ways including parades with marching bands, Mardi Gras Indians with elaborate dancing and costumes, king cakes, as well as an extravagant Mardi Gras ball! Little Rock Tours is also ensuring a VIP experience, meaning that we will have our own private space to watch the parades. This private space comes with on-site security, private portable bathrooms for only our group, limited walking from our own motorcoach parking spot, and a place for our guests to sit. Additionally, each of our guests will be treated with samples of King Cake from a local bakery and a signature cocktail of Lafayette Parish. While you will be treated like royalty at the downtown parades, you will get to act like royalty when attending the Mardi Gras ball! Mardi Gras evening will begin with an elegant dinner before we spectate a fascinating evening at the ball.

We will conclude our time in Lafayette with a swamp tour! The tour will explore the difference between swamps and bayous. The swamp is known for its amazing wildlife and beauty. It is home to 205 different species of birds, including Barred Owls, Horned Owls, Pileated Woodpeckers, Anhingas, Cormorants, Wood Ducks, Herons, and Roseate Spoonbills. Most of all, it is home to giant alligators!
