Our Fall Foliage in New England tour has captured the hearts of travelers, with many returning year after year. In 2026, we’re shaking things up with an all-new itinerary featuring fresh towns, attractions, hotels, and destinations! Prepare to be awed by the breathtaking beauty of Acadia National Park, the charming coastal town of Boothbay Harbor in Maine, and the stunning vistas of Lake George. Experience the vibrant colors of autumn as we journey along the picturesque Kancamagus Scenic Highway. Hop aboard a scenic train ride through Pennsylvania, enjoy a delightful steamboat cruise on Lake George, and explore the historic Ohio Reformatory—famed as the filming location for "The Shawshank Redemption." This all-new route is designed for those who have cherished our original New England tour and are eager for more, as well as for newcomers ready to check this bucket-list destination off their travel list. Join us for an exhilarating experience filled with new stops, attractions, and unforgettable memories!

We’ll depart from Little Rock, making our way to Kentucky for an overnight stay. Our adventure continues with a two-night stay in the heart of western Pennsylvania, where the vibrant hues of autumn come alive on a breathtaking fall foliage train ride. Picture yourself gliding through the picturesque Pennsylvania countryside, where rolling hills transform into a dazzling kaleidoscope of reds, oranges, and yellows. Along the way, you'll be captivated by fascinating stories of the region's rich history and the oil industry that once fueled its growth. Next, we’ll whisk you away to Lake George for another two-night stay at the magnificent Fort Henry Hotel. This charming hotel offers spectacular views of Lake George and the majestic Adirondack Mountains, all while exuding the elegance and style of a bygone era.

While in Lake George, prepare for an extraordinary experience as we dine and cruise aboard the Lake George Steamboat. There’s no better way to soak in the beauty of the lake than from the water itself! Enjoy a delightful meal while gliding through the serene, picturesque areas of the lake, complete with stunning views and engaging narration that brings the landscape to life. Our Lake George adventure also includes a visit to the historic Fort William Henry, where you’ll step back into the 1700s and hear thrilling tales of bravery, strategy, and survival from the French and Indian War.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there! We’ll continue our journey to even more breathtaking autumn colors in Vermont and New Hampshire, taking the scenic route along the way. Marvel at the iconic covered bridges of Vermont, many of which were constructed during the mid- to late-19th century. These charming structures are a quintessential sight on any scenic drive, with Vermont boasting over 100 covered bridges, most of which are still part of the local road systems. We’ll spend two nights at a hidden gem—a stunning resort nestled on 180 acres of breathtaking beauty in the heart of the White Mountains—a true local treasure! Prepare to be captivated by unparalleled views of the majestic peaks and indulge in a wealth of amenities, including year-round indoor and outdoor heated pools, rejuvenating hot tubs, delightful on-site dining, and even entertainment!

As we journey along the iconic Kancamagus Highway in New Hampshire, renowned for its spectacular fall foliage, you'll be treated to a visual feast. This 34.5-mile scenic byway offers awe-inspiring vistas of the White Mountain National Forest, where the leaves transform into a vibrant tapestry of reds, oranges, and yellows. Next, we’ll venture into nearby Maine for three nights filled with exploration and wonder! Acadia National Park awaits, a true autumn paradise. As daylight wanes, the landscape bursts into life with brilliant shades of red, orange, yellow, and purple, creating an impressive display of fall colors. With the cool, crisp air and fewer crowds, fall is the perfect time to experience the magic of Acadia and its surroundings. Our itinerary includes a guided tour of the National Park given by a local, a scenic cruise, and, of course, delectable dinners featuring the freshest local seafood! Then, we’re off to nearby Boothbay Harbor, where we’ll find our sea legs and uncover the hidden gems of Maine’s rugged coastline. Immerse yourself in the local culture as we explore the vibrant art scene, with over 200 talented artists in the region showcasing studios and galleries that cater to every taste and palate. But our journey isn’t over year. As we make our way back home, we’ll traverse the stunning landscapes of the Catskill Mountains in New York, the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, and the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, with overnight stops and delightful surprise stops along the way. This two-week fall foliage extravaganza promises to be a journey filled with breathtaking sights, rich experiences, and cherished memories. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to explore the beauty of New England like never before!
